Alumni Transcript Requests

For alumni who graduated from Brookwood High in the last three years, transcripts are available from the Counseling Office for a fee of $2 and the completion of a transcript request form. A transcript consists of a copy of the student's cumulative grades and, if requested, the test card containing scores on the ACT, SAT, PSAT, and Graduation Tests.  Alumni are responsible for mailing applications, officially sealed transcripts, and all supporting materials. This enables students to have the control of when and where transcripts are sent. Download pdf request.

Alumni who graduated more than three years ago may request transcripts from Gwinnett County Public Schools.  More information and an application are available here.
