Japanese Club
Welcome to the start of a Japanese Club!
The Japanese Club meets every first Thursday of the month from 2:20 to 3:20 PM in T-26.

During the sessions we will be reviewing the following topics: vocabulary and grammar, culture, doing group work, presenting projects, etc.
Focus: Students will utilize Japanese vocabulary. Students will explore the difference in ways of reading and writing skills/graphics. An understanding of the Japanese arts will be displayed through a drawing, poem, or short story. Creative ways to convey knowledge of both the Japanese culture and the language will be utilized through class presentations. A PowerPoint will be shared by each student about the language or culture as well as for vocabulary, phrases, etc.) . The project will be evaluated by the club sponsors and it will be a gauge of how much each student has learned during the year.
Student Participation: In order to learn the language, there must be outside learning and communication. Students will contact the sponsors via email explaining what they have learned and come with any questions they may have, as well as studying. Student presentations will be an important part of the activities at the club.
Japanese Club Goal: To ensure that every student who wants to learn Japanese has the opportunity to provide and obtain information.
